Our March pop-up clinic in Perris highlighted a significant, ongoing need within the local encampments. We were honored to host the incredible Dr. Paris from SANSTEP (Spay Neuter Surgery Training Education Program), who performed 26 dog spay/neuter surgeries and generously donated an additional 20 cat surgeries at no cost to us. Beyond the procedures, Dr. Paris provided invaluable mentorship, training fellow veterinarians in the techniques of High-Quality High-Volume Spay/Neuter (HQHVSN) to enable more vets to become specialized in higher volume surgery days.
